Buyer procurement guide

Can buyers receive a current batch COA and test reports?

Current batch documentation must be agreed for the actual order; an older sample report should not be presented as a current batch Certificate of Analysis.

A commercially useful COA should identify the product, batch or lot, test date, methods, results, units, specifications or limits, laboratory or responsible quality function and approval status. The required test panel may vary by buyer and destination market.

Report ZX241022-C050201 was issued on 30 October 2024 for a submitted sample and carried a stated 12-month validity period. It is now archived historical sample data. It is not a current batch COA, did not verify species identity and cannot replace current testing for a 2026 shipment.
